There are many reasons for which you might need an appraisal:

- if you plan to sell your house, get an appraisal to know how much you should ask for it.

- you should get an appraisal if you are settling a divorce or an estate.

- you think you are paying too much property taxes, and you want to contest the Tax Assessor's Office, you will need an appraisal.

- your house has been listed on the market for awhile, but does not generate any activity; contact our appraisers, we can help you understand why.

- you should get an appraisal if you plan to purchase a house to flip it or to occupy it, and want to know how much to pay for it, and find out its potential resale value.

- when you decide to refinance, your lender will also order an appraisal.
